Santiago Franco

My name is Santiago Franco Castro. I am Spanish, and I have spent some time abroad, studying in the US and UK, as well as working in the UK, US and Portugal. Apart from PwC, I have also worked at IBM and KPMG, where I held management positions at local and regional level.

I joined Amadeus in 2019. I know how central Digital & Transformation Services is to keeping Amadeus working and evolving for tomorrow.
I’m a very straight forward and open-minded person. I believe in delivering results that make a difference. I believe in taking decisions that result in empowerment and accountability as well as in meritocracy. I believe technology can improve our day-to-day experiences and that we need to put our customers at the heart of what we do. And I believe that people and talent are the foundations of all meaningful progress.
